The cell must be required to be assembled into battery packs by professional authorized pack assemblers. Authorized pack assemblers must have the knowledge of safe battery packs and circuitry design and employ proper assembly techniques. Apexium® product may appear similar to other types of batteries, the higher energy density in combination with flammable organic electrolyte, rather than traditional aqueous electrolyte, misusing or mishandling lithium-ion batteries may cause fire or explosion and result in SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH. Apexium is not liable for death, serious injury, or property damage related to the Use & Disposal, Charging, Handling & Storage of Lithium-Ion Batteries inconsistent with the safety procedures and practices below. Handling and storage Lithium-ion batteries notice 1. If battery fluid gets on your skin or in your eyes, wash immediately with water and seek medical attention. Battery fluid my cause irritation or burns.2. Wipe terminals with a dry cloth before use, if dirty.3. For air travel, leave battery packs installed.-  Removing battery packs from devices does not enhance safety.-  Pack spare batteries in carry-on baggage. Flight crew members may be able to better monitor conditions in the passenger compartment to prevent an incident, and if an incident did occur, may be able to access fire extinguishers quickly.* Storage in a dry location at room temperature and in the original packaging until ready for use.- Lithium-ion batteries with either no charge remaining or fully charged may be unstable and could lead to thermal runaway and result in a fire.*Avoid water, Replace batteries if they get wet. ( Lithium-ion batteries may operate normally after getting wet, but the internal circuitry may slowly corrode and result in thermal runaway)*Keep Lithium-ion battery ways from static electricity. ( Static electricity discharge may damage internal safeguards inside battery packs)*Away from children and pets.*Batteries may leak if left in the device for extended periods of time. -After extended periods of storage, always check the voltage of the batteries or battery pack prior to charging. NEVER use or charge batteries or battery packs if the voltage is less than 2.5 V/cell.*Do not carry individual, cylindrical Lithium-ion battery in your pockets, your purse, or on your person.*Avoid contact with metal objects, including coins, keys, jewelry,etc.*Do not leave Lithium-ion batteries in your vehicle or in direct sunlight. (Temperature over 60℃(140 ℉)  may damage  your Lithium-ion batteries.*Do not attempt to heat Lithium-ion batteries or portion of Lithium-ion batteries.*Do not step on or press hard on Lithium-ion batteries.*Never place Lithium-ion batteries near a cooking surface, iron or radiator.*Never place in a microwave oven, dryer, conventional oven, or high-pressure container.*Never solder on or near Lithium-ion batteries and battery packs.*Never crush, puncture, or hit Lithium-ion batteries with another object, like rock or a hammer.-The batteries may internally short-circuit and result in a thermal runaway. While individual, cylindrical Lithium-ion batteries may look like alkaline batteries, Lithium-ion batteries are more sensitive to stress, especially if dropped on a hard surface.*Never short circuit Lithium-ion batteries, battery packs or battery holders. Forcing Lithium-ion batteries to discharge may result in leaks, fire or explosion. <span style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 112, 192); background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Charging Lithium-ion Battery NoticeSTOP CHARGING immediately:Please immediately place the lithium-ion battery and charger of the below situations on a concrete floor outdoor - away from the house or other flammable material. Do not use again and dispose of batteries.If you see leaking fluid, smoke, or smell foul odors; If the battery or battery pack is bulging, deformed or discolored;If the battery wrapper is damaged;If the battery is too hot to the touch;1. Always refer to your device operation manual or the charger instruction manual that came with your device for proper charging instructions.( Retain the original product operation manual that came with your device and its charger for future reference.)2. Always align the plus(+) and minus(-) terminals correctly. Always insert batteries into the charger in the proper orientation.3. Always monitor Lithium-ion batteries and battery packs while charging.-  Adult supervision required. Proper monitoring may prevent short circuits, overcharging, and overheating that can result in battery venting, fire, and explosion.4. Only use the proper charger specifically designed for your Lithium-ion batteries or battery packs.    A charger that is suitable for a certain type of battery pack cloud increase the risk of fire when used with another type of battery pack. Safeguards in both Lithium-ion battery and lithium-ion battery chargers may prevent short-circuiting, overcharging, and overheating that could result in fire and explosion.-  Lithium-ion batteries must be charged with constant current/constant voltage( CC/CV)-  The charge current must be lower than the maximum charge current specified by Apexium for your battery-  The charge voltage must be lower than the maximum charger voltage specified by Apexium for your battery5. Consumers or end-users should only charge Lithium-ion battery using dedicated chargers supplied with their device.-  Protection circuitry incorporated in both the Lithium-ion battery and their dedicated chargers is essential to provide a system to prevent short circuiting, overcharging, and overheating that can result in battery venting, fire and explosion.6. Charge indoors at room temperature. If the temperature is too high or too low, your batteries may be damaged. If the humidity is too high, your battery may be damaged.7. Do not place charger and Lithium-ion batteries or battery packs under your pillow, on your bed or on your couch.8. Do not leave Lithium-ion batteries or battery packs on the charger for prolonged periods of time.9. Do not overcharge Lithium-ion batteries. Lithium-ion batteries and battery packs should not be charged overnight. It is possible that your charger my shut down after a period of time. Check out your charger operation manual. <span style="font-size: 18px; color: rgb(0, 112, 192); background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;">Using & Proper Disposal Lithium-ion Batteries Notice1. Inspect Lithium-ion battery and battery packs before use.-  Never use a Lithium-ion battery or battery pack with visible damage or if you suspect internal damage my have occurred.-  Never remove outer plastic cover(wrapper) or use a battery or battery pack with a damaged wrapper.-  Never attempt to use, to modify, or to build that does not have proper safeguards for Lithium-ion batteries.-  Never use or charge Lithium-ion batteries or battery packs if the voltage is less than 2.5V/cell. 2. Always confirm that your device have the proper safeguards for the use of individual Lithium-ion batteries.-  Always insert batteries properly and align the plus(+) and minus(-) terminals correctly to your device. If your device has two or more  batteries, it may function even if one battery not properly aligned and result in fire or damage to your device.Individual Lithium-ion batteries cannot offer the same level of protection as battery packs.3. Always use Lithium-ion batteries that of the same size, type, capacity, and manufacture.-  Mixing different types(e.g. alkaline, nickel-metal hydride, nickel-cadmium,etc.), sizes, or capacities may result in fire or explosion.4. Do not use any battery or battery pack not specified for use with your device. Only use the correct size, capacity, and type of battery specified by your device manufacture.5. Replace Lithium-ion batteries when the time between charges decrease significantly. When the time between charges significantly decrease, check the voltage of the Lithium-ion batteries or battery packs before charging.6. Always dispose of batteries according to local, state or federal laws.-  Do not put Lithium-ion batteries in the trash-  Consult your local waste authority for information about recycling or disposal options.-  You may be able to bring Lithium-ion batteries and battery packs to local stores for proper disposal.7. Always cover terminal with tape to prevent inadvertent contact with other batteries or metal objects.8. Do not mix alkaline or other types of batteries with your used Lithium-ion batteries9. Do not place used batteries in piles, drawers, bags, boxes or other containers together.-  Use batteries may still have a partial charge remaining. If the partially charged batteries come i contact, the remaining stored energy could discharge and cause a fire.10. Never dispose of batteries in a fire-    Fire may cause the batteries to explode result in chemical burns and serious injury. <table><tbody><tr class="firstRow"></tr></tbody></table>
